If you’re looking for a non-bank property loan in Australia, Centaur Property are able to provide up to $25 million in senior and stretch senior finance (including construction funding and residual stock loans) for Australian capital city-based property development projects.
As a private non-bank lender, Centaur Property invests its own funds. Borrowers are dealing directly with the lender. We are not a mortgage broker or a syndicator of loans.
Centaur Property has raised five successful wholesale real estate debt funds.
