As a private, non bank lender, Centaur Property specialises in the provision of sub $20m real estate backed senior and mezzanine debt to the Australian property development sector.
Over the past seven years, Centaur Property has provided in excess of $485m in finance to over 110 property development projects throughout Australia and has a long and proven track record of delivering strong and sustainable risk adjusted returns to its investors.
Centaur Property is an institutional wholesale fund manager and is currently investing through its third fund, Real Estate Debt Fund 3 (RED3). RED3 had a first close in July 2018, and together with co-investors, has commitments in excess of $140m from industry superannuation funds as well as family office and high net worth investors.
Centaur Property is 100% owned by its management team who are also investors in each of the firm’s fund mandates.
Centaur Property holds Australian Financial Services Licence No 341190 and is a Registered Financial Corporation with the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority.
